Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) Courses

Texas license holders must have a total of 270 qualifying course hours by their first 2-year renewal. The 270 qualifying course hours include the 180 pre-license course hours. If you need the remaing 90 hours (3-30 hour courses), we offer a complete package of SAE courses.

TREC Course Completion 3-Day Rule

The Texas Real Estate Commission has a strict rule that no course credit can be provided if a student completes a course in less than 72 hours Some students can complete the courses quickly, for example, out of state real estate agents and people with morgage and title experience. Start a new course before completing a course in less than 72 hours.
